As I was completing all aspects of the Capstone project, I used critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. Firstly, I had to use critical thinking to analyze my research paper in discovering the success of the Golden State Warriors management. Also, I used it while I was completing my hours because I had to work each player individually and try to improve their mistakes. Secondly, I improved on my communication skills while being a tennis manager because I was encouraged to ask as many questions and ideas from my mentor. It was difficult at first because I hardly communicate with people. In the end I learned to step out of my comfort zone and communicate with my mentor and the team in order to complete my assignments. Thirdly, I collaborated with my mentor. We discussed what assignments I would get as a tennis manager, how I will accomplish these tasks, and why these tasks were beneficial to my topic. Lastly, I used creativity in my research paper and in my physical project. I chose the Golden State Warriors management because they are a unique team. I was able to incorporate my knowledge of the team into the research paper. It gave me motivation to complete the paper because I was really interested in the topic. In addition, I used creativity being a tennis manager because I used certain methods to help the players on the team improve. This project as a whole strengthened my preparedness for college.
I gained responsibilty, communication skills, and knowledge from this Capstone experience. Being a tennis manager requires responsibility to a certain extent due to the assigned tasks that is given. I learned to complete my tasks on time and in an efficient way. I gained communication skills by having the opportunity to talk to my mentor and the boys tennis team. It was necessary to communicate with them because I was in charge of managing the team. Nonetheless, I gained more knowledge of the role of a sports manager through the research paper and the physical project. It taught me the duties and responsibilities they have. I wouldn't of understood what a sports manager really does until I became one myself.
The Capstone project opened new challenges for me. I had trouble completing my research paper while finishing all my school work. It was difficult to maintain this busy schedule as I was trying to complete my hours. I did not have time to go to the boys tennis practice because I either had a capstone deadline that was due or an outline for ap government the following day. I was limited to two hours each week. I overcame these challenges by figuring out when I should complete each assignment. I would finish my outline in the beginning of the week. I completed my homework right when I get home. This would enable me to have time to finish my research paper and attend practice and tennis matches.

Mentor Blog 10 (5hrs), Total=30hrs
On April 9th, I met with my mentor and the rest of the team in the parking lot to travel to Oceana High School for their tennis match. I helped carry the equipment from the van to the tennis courts. Then I recorded the names of the players from both teams. After, I introduced the players on the team before they began to play. I led the cheer in our team huddle and rooted for the boys as they met their opponents. I watched them play. After each match was done, I recorded the scores. My mentor and I gathered the equipment and put it in the van. The team and I ate out at Taco Bell before we all left.
My meeting with my mentor was pretty fun. It was fun because we ate out after the boys' tennis match. Other than that, I felt like the work I was handed was repetitive. I was given the same tasks once again. I understand that there isn't much to do when you are a high school sports manager. Being a manager for a professional sports team comes with different tasks that are extremely important to the team's success. I learned that from my research paper. I am questioning whether I want to do this in the future as I am finishing up my capstone project.
